We offer an extraordinary and affordable Employee Assistance Program (EAP). We offer online/tele employee counselling services, pan India. We offer Face-to-face counselling services from our centers in Gurugram and Hyderabad

These programs are designed and administered by expert psychologists. We maintain strict confidentiality and our programs have been designed keeping in mind the importance of data privacy.
OUR EAP OFFERINGS INCLUDE
EMPLOYEE COUNSELLING
Professional counselling services by experienced psychologist and psychotherapists. Our counsellors are trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Optimism Attitude Model (OAM) Therapy.
- Tele Counselling
We offer 24/7 phone based counselling for corporate customers. Each telephonic counselling is of 45 minutes duration approximately. The same psychologist is deployed throughout the employee’s counselling journey, ensuring continuity and effectiveness of counselling.
- Video call, WhatsApp Chat and Email
Employees can speak to their counsellor online through video call or can chat with the counsellors via WhatsApp. They can also write email to the counsellor directly. Counsellor would commit to keep the discussion confidential within the organizational protocol.
- Face to Face Counselling
Employees may choose face-to-face counselling as a preferred mode of service. It is also recommended for employees based on the nature or severity of their situation. The service is offered in Gurugram and Hyderabad centres in India at corporate facilities or at psychologists’ clinics, ensuring preference. Optimus Centre for Wellbeing maintains industry standards of privacy and confidentiality.
- Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD)
Our trained psychologists help in managing the employee-related crises within 48-72 hours of reporting the incident or within 48-72 hours of any planned critical incident such as layoffs, or individual employee separation. CISD intervention includes group and/or individual sessions.
ONLINE RESILIENCE BUILDING THERAPY
We offer a strategically guided resilience-building program specially designed to facilitate employees in coping up with stress, anxiety and PTSD. It improves employee wellbeing by means of preventative and early intervention tactics.
WORKSHOPS AND ACTIVITIES
We offer a wide range of workshops to help employees acquire applied strategies to cope with stress. We offer a number of unique work-life balance and stress management workshops including Suicide Prevention Protocol, Sleep management, Building Resilience for all employees and special workshops help create mindful leaders to learn to lead by inspiration and bring out the best in others.

STRESS AND RESILIENCE WORKSHOPS
We organize the Stress Management and Resilience Training workshops which are designed to help identify, reduce and manage day to day stress. We also assist employees in building and maintaining resilience and wellbeing. Followed by reflection booklets and worksheets. The workshops teaches participants how to identify stress at an early stage, and suggests various interventions and prevention mechanisms.
